We specialise in holiday accommodation plus the sale of residential property, housing developments and land.

Holiday Accommodation:

Operating under the names Cairns Holiday Rentals and Palm Cove Holiday Homes we have a range of value vacation or holiday accommodation at Palm Cove and other Cairns beach suburbs. We offer accommodation from the stunning to clean and tidy budget accommodation.

We have an expanding range of holiday rental accommodation at Palm Cove including houses villas apartments or units and other beach side accommodation. Whilst most of our holiday accommodation is located in popular Palm Cove, which is only 20 minutes north of Cairns, we also have holiday rentals available in most Cairns Beaches locations.

Just to the south of Palm Cove are the northern beachside townships of CliftonBeach, TrinityBeach and Yorkeys Knob, each with their own particular allure and charm.

All our houses & units are fully self-contained and within walking distance of a Beach. Most properties have a pool and offer a level of value and privacy not found in a resort or motel complex.

Much of the real estate sales is occupied by the buyer, much of the property is purchased for investment purposes.

Much of our holiday accommodation is rented out as medium term corporate rentals in the low season.

Tropical Essence is a unique sanctuary with a surprising sense of space and privacy.  Stylishly appointed, this holiday home offers the chance to enjoy the best aspects of the tropical North Queensland lifestyle.  From the front entrance, the timber deck, BBQ and upstairs living area overlook the sunken pebble salt water pool. Easy living is assured with flowing, open multiple areas featuring polished timber flooring upstairs and tiled floors throughout the lower areas.  A requirement for those tropical days, the house is air conditioned throughout.Down just 4 stairs is the 2nd living area leading to the quiet and private back-yard nestled around the entertainment pavilion ideally furnished for lounging, conversation and cool drinks. 
  
Perfect for the entire family, there are 5 bedrooms:  2 x King bedrooms, 1 x Queen bedroom and 1 x twin room, with a further family room adjacent with 1 x Queen bed and 2 singles. The master bedroom has  a 26" LCD TV.  A light and spacious walk-in robe and ensuite is on one side of the main, on the other an enclosed outside spa awaits, where one can relax in absolute comfort & privacy. 
 
As well as the ensuite, there is the main bathroom indoors with a separate toilet.  Outdoors there is a fantastic double shower with hot water for rinsing off after you return from the beach or step out of the pool.  A modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals - granite bench top, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, sleek stainless steel ILVE 5 burner gas stove plus walk in pantry. 
 
Both the separate lounge areas have 42" plasma televisions, one with surround sound and DVD player, the other with a Wii console. 
 
An electronically controlled sliding gate entrance makes a safe enclosed area for children to play with a minimum 2 car carport. 
 
Only 500m from the beach, it means a short stroll to fine restaurants, the village shops, parks and transport.Go boutique shopping along the cobblestoned Esplanade lined with centuries old "paperbark" melaleucas and palm trees.  Palm Cove is an intimate coastal village where residents and visitors enjoy proximity to the economic hub of Cairns City whilst maximising the laid back lifestyle of the beach life.
