We specialise in holiday accommodation plus the sale of residential property, housing developments and land.

Holiday Accommodation:

Operating under the names Cairns Holiday Rentals and Palm Cove Holiday Homes we have a range of value vacation or holiday accommodation at Palm Cove and other Cairns beach suburbs. We offer accommodation from the stunning to clean and tidy budget accommodation.

We have an expanding range of holiday rental accommodation at Palm Cove including houses villas apartments or units and other beach side accommodation. Whilst most of our holiday accommodation is located in popular Palm Cove, which is only 20 minutes north of Cairns, we also have holiday rentals available in most Cairns Beaches locations.

Just to the south of Palm Cove are the northern beachside townships of CliftonBeach, TrinityBeach and Yorkeys Knob, each with their own particular allure and charm.

All our houses & units are fully self-contained and within walking distance of a Beach. Most properties have a pool and offer a level of value and privacy not found in a resort or motel complex.

Much of our holiday accommodation is rented out as medium term corporate rentals in the low season.

In a superb location within a 5 minute walk from the beach front and restaurant strip, this townhouse caters to either the family on holiday or 2 couples who are holidaying together.  
 
Fully air-conditioned with it"s own private fenced courtyard, each floor has it"s own bedroom and bathroom, allowing Mum and Dad a rest from the children or privacy for each couple if holidaying together.  
 
Recently refurbished, the fully equipped kitchen is finished with a black stone top to the worksurfaces, with this theme carrying through to the bathrooms. With a laminated wood floor, and a modern fresh d‚cor, your holiday is off to a great start! 
 
Travelling with baby? No problem - there are baby gates for the stairs, bedrails for the 2 king singles and a change table, cot, high chair and baby bath on request. There is also a selection of toys and books for the older children and two TV"s and DVD"s with the second unit set up in the second bedroom.  
 
One of the biggest townhouses available in Palm Cove, as well as the two bedrooms there is also an understairs ottoman that converts to a double bed which functions very well as a third bedroom. There is a separate laundry with washer and dryer, and as well as the courtyard patio there is a separate deck area with outdoor dining off the top floor.  
 
A small complex of only 4 townhouses, there is a resort style pool area with free-form pool for exclusive use of guests. Only 300m to the beach, the value for this fully self contained townhouse when compared to others on the market is exceptional.
