GUEST INFORMATION
Transfers:
Cairns beaches are located approximately a 20 minutes drive north of Cairns International Airport. Transfer alternatives are:
Black & White taxis (131 008) will cost around $70.00 or there is the “Meet and Greet” service available, which will collect your key and meet you at the airport to take you straight to your accommodation for a fee of $20.00 per person (minimum of 2). Please phone or fax us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish us to book the "Meet & Greet" service.
A convenient and cost effective airport transfer method is to book a hire car through us. We will organise with Cairns Airport Rentacars for your car collection and return at the airport.
Keys: May be collected from our office next to Cairns Tropical Zoo (Northern Boundary) Bokissa Road, off the Captain Cook Highway, Palm Cove between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and till 12.00 noon on Saturday. If there is the possibility of you arriving outside of office hours keys will be left in our Key Box at our office. If you have an urgent issue call our office number which will divert to an out of hours mobile for assistance.
Location of Our Office:our office is located at Bokissa Road (off the Cook Highway) in Palm Cove. Simply turn left as
you pass Cairns Tropical Zoo (formerly called Wild World). We are very easy to find simply click the following contact us.
Advise us of your E.T.A. This is essential to ensure your arrival is handled smoothly.
Number of Guests / Bed Configuration
If you have not done so already please advise us of the number of guests (adults/children AND couples/singles). This info is useful as some properties have bedding that could be made up as 2 singles or one double.
